Lily hale

Chief operating officer

Lily Hale is an economist, financial specialist, and the Chief Operating Officer of Nataij Group. She claims more than 30 years of experience in managing project portfolios and implementing policies to drive organizations forward.

Before joining the Nataij Group team, Lily oversaw the development of operational policies and procedures as the Senior Operations Advisor of the Global Environment Facility. As part of her responsibilities in this position, she authored board papers on a range of topics, including project cycle, agency fees, cancellation and amendment procedures, and the programmatic approach modality.

Lily holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Economics from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree in Commerce and Financial Accounting from St. Scholastica's College. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and Accredited Financial Management Specialist of the World Bank.
